Terms of Use
Fadewell for Android (com.fadewell.music) · Last updated 4 November 2026
By installing or using Fadewell you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Fadewell is a free player for audio files stored on your device, with a fade-out sleep timer. It is supported by ads. It does not sell, stream or provide music.
Your content
Fadewell plays only files that are already on your device. You are responsible for having the right to play them. Your playlists and settings are stored on your device; uninstalling the app deletes them, but your music files are not changed.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
- Do not use the app to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights, including copyright.
- Do not interfere with the ads, for example by generating fake clicks or impressions.
Ads and third-party services
The app shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase. Their use is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by Google's terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The sleep timer is a convenience feature and is not a medical or sleep aid. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including the loss of playlists or settings stored in it.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
